Last Inchie is the GOAT!

Hey everyone, I hope this last post of the year finds you well, Merry Christmas.  I hope that you all get to spend this blessed day with your family and friends.

This is also the last inchie of the year, I am hoping that it will get picked up for next year!  But, Trillian over at Every Inchie Monday saved the best for last.  GOAT!  I know many of you are thinking, "Why is the goat the best?"  The truth is that the GOAT is the Greatest Of All Time.  Literally!

Did you see what I did there?  Well, if you are a sports fan you know who the GOAT is.  S/He is someone different for each sport and each team.  On my favorite team, The Chicago Blackhawks; the GOAT, or Greatest Of All Time is #88 Patrick Kane.

So for this inchie I decided to do his jersey number.

This inchie came at the coolest time as well since Patrick Kane just got his 300th goal!  YAY!  GOAT!!!!!!!!  YESSSSS!!!

Also, here is the year in inchies.

Hahaha, I just had to see if it would stand on its own and it kinda did.  I also finally figured out how I am going to be hanging them.  I will be taking a clip off of the duffel bags we have at work and beading a loop around then and hanging the inchies from them.  Now to just get 4 more of them from people at work who don't want their bags!  LOL

Just a side note, I will be having carpal tunnel surgery on January 2nd.  So just keep me in your prayers.  Thanks everyone and I hope that you have a blessed and creative Christmas and New Year.

Rudolph With Your Nose So Bright.....

Hello everyone, hope this finds you all well.  Hard to believe that there is only 2 more weeks until 2018!  1 more week until Christmas.  Didn't this year just start a few months ago??  What's up with that!?!

Well, before Every Inchie Monday ends for good, I am enjoying the last 2 inchies this year.  This weeks theme is Reindeer.  So of course who else would I bead up.  RUDOLPH!!!!

I love the way he looks. With his nose so bright!  Also this week I finished a piece I have been working on for a few weeks. I am so happy that I got it done before I have to go have surgery!  I gave a sneak peak last week and I finished it early today.

This is a Burberry-style Christmas puffy star ornament. This is from a monthly challenge over at the Facebook group Seed Beads and More.  I enjoyed making this, it was my first time to finish a star.  I started one last year but it got put to the wayside when I found something else to work on!  I stuffed this star with kleenex.  I just did not know what to fill it with but I do like this.  Even if I made so many mistakes on it.  But I really like it.

That is it for me this week. Next Monday will be Christmas so I will prolly be late in posting so free me and mine I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas!  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out all the great artists over there.  Just 2 more to go!

Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

This Wolf Pack(ed) of a Year is Almost Over

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by the nest this week.  Not a lot going on here this week.  I have been working on a special piece that I am hoping will be done before the end of the year.  I will give you a peak at the end of this post.

I am racing against the clock though since I will be going to the Dr. in just over a week to find out when I will be having surgery for carpal tunnel.  I will then be away from my beads for a few weeks!!!!!!  To say I am already going through withdrawls is an understatement!

But for now, as Every Inchie Monday is winding down, the theme this week is Wolf.  I knew immediately that I wanted to do the typical wolf silhouette.  It is a bit of a stretch to see it but you will get it when you see the inspiration picture; the picture I took the pattern from.

And here is the inspiration picture.

Makes me think of the call of the wild!  How about you?  Now for my special piece that I have been working on.  It is for one of the Facebook groups.  I am hoping to get it done in time, we will see!  Here is a bit of the piece.  Just a teaser though!

Well, there it is!  Some of you might know what this is, others can try to guess.

That is it for me this week, don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the wolf artwork over there.

Don't Be A Boar!

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by the nest this week.  This is going to be a quick one (hopefully!) LOL This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Wild Boar.  I live in Arkansas where college football is KING.  And college football in Arkansas means calling the Hogs!

This is how it is done here in Arkansas

That is it for me this week.  Take care everyone and don't forget to fly on over to EIM and checking out the great boars over there.  Now, I did not mean IT that way!

Turkey Day Arrived!

Hey everyone, welcome to the nest this week.  Wanna hear a funny story?  Last week when I named my post I forgot that this week's theme over at Every Inchie Monday was Turkey!  LOL  So it is gonna be a turkey themed blog 2 weeks in a row!

I am enjoying the last few weeks of EIM. I can't believe that it is going to be ending soon!  Let's hope that someone takes it over and the inchie fun keeps going!  But for right now let's keep the Thanksgiving going.

I really love turkey.  I could (if I was not so lazy!!) bake a turkey about once a month!  But I settle for turkey lunch meat and ground turkey, which I really love in everything!  My favorite is turkey chilli!  If you have never made it you have to try it.  YUM!

But for my inchie I stuck with the traditional Thanksgiving turkey.  Hope you like it and hope it makes you thankful, lol.

Well, that is it for me this week.  I think I am going to go raid the fridge to see if there is any turkey leftover!  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out all the turkey's over there!  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Hedgehogs and Turkeys

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by the nest this week.  This week here in America it is Thanksgiving, a holiday that celebrates the first harvest in the New World.  Nowadays, however, it is more to celebrate great deals on electronics, automobiles and mattresses!   I am happy that it is Thanksgiving this week.  I will be celebrating it on Tuesday as my daughter will have to work on Thursday.  I have already made an peanut butter, pretzel bark and PB & Graham cracker sandwiches covered in chocolate.  LOL so desert is covered.  My daughter is going to be doing the turkey and we will prolly share the duties on the sides.  YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!  I am excited, I love Thanksgiving!

This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is hedgehog.  I have never been face to face with one but I would love to!  They are soo adorable.

For my design this week I went with something that I saw when I was shopping for dog treats!  Yea dog treats.  Next to the dog treats there are toys, these fuzzy flat animals stuffed with plastic bottles, bubble wrap or plastic sheeting.  One of them was a hedgehog!  So when I designed this weeks inchie I designed it flat, like the toy version.

Hope you like it.

That is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the beautiful hedgehogs over there while I am getting ready for the turkey coma that I will be getting in a few days!  I hope that you all have a creative and blessed week, enjoy your turkey and LEFTOVERS!

Goose Me!

Hey everyone, well, please don't goose me!  Especially after you hear the theme, see my inchie and follow me on the reason for my design idea.

Ok, strap in cuz there will be curves in this blog. The theme this week over at Every Inchie Monday is Goose.  I can tell you I am not a big fan of Geese.  When I was about 20, myself, my daughter, a friend of mine and 4 of her Nephews and Nieces went to a local pond to feed the ducks.  There were some geese there as well.  Every time we fed the ducks the geese would run up and steal some of the bread. Making the ducks angry.  Soon the geese would get greedy and want all of our bread.  When they didn't get it they would nip and bite at us.  My friend got bitten on the ankle and on the butt. My daughter got her hand bitten. As well as 2 of my friends Nieces!  Needless to say geese did not endear me to them!

So for this week I thought outside the box.  Pretty much like almost every week, right?!?  So here is where the curves come in.  When I thought about goose.  I did not want to do a bird or a feather. I wanted something that I could link up with the way my brain works.  Which is usually my first thought.  But for this theme there was no first thought.  Then I started working on an idea.

There is a vodka named Grey Goose.  Since I don't drink I don't know much about it but I do love the artwork on the bottle.  It is so pretty.  But then how to put that into an inch.  Then I thought about James Bond!  A martini, shaken not stirred!

Since vodka is in a martini and grey goose is a vodka I did a hop, skip and a jump to a martini!  A martini with a lemon wedge in it!

I thought that the 2 transparent colors would have worked good together but they did not give the effect that I wanted, but I do like it.  Hope you like it as well.

That is it for me this week, but before I go I wanted to say that at the end of this year, Trillian, who has been running Every Inchie Monday almost from the beginning has decided to retire from the blog.  If you think that you would like to take it over or maybe help out with it follow the EIM link and let Trillian know.

I have to say that I love the inchies.  They were the reason I started this blog.  Since I have been doing them for 5 years now I may have to figure something else out to do.   Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Owls and Art Invitationals

Hey everyone!  I am so super excited this weekend.  I have some exciting news to tell you but first I wanna show you my inchie.  This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is one of my favorite animals, Owl.  I have done owl designs in the past, I named them Owliver and Owlivia.

But for this weeks inchie design I designed a new one. I really love the colors I chose, brown and teal.  Which is one of my favorite color combos of late.

I designed this one to look like a owlet, a baby owl.  I do like how it came out.

Ok, deeeeep breath.  Today I was at River Valley Art Center for their Artist Invitational.  Where I had 2 pieces featured in the show, and well, take a look!

OH MY GOSH!!!  Can you believe it?!?  The first time I have ever entered an actual art show and I get 3rd place!!!!  I had my flapper amulet bag, entitled "You Gatsby Kidding Me." and the Egyptian themed amulet bag that I had made for my daughter when she graduated college.  The Flapper won 3rd place!  All the art that was featured was so beautiful.  It all looked like it was painted by famous artists!  I just can't believe that I won.

That is all from me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM to see some more art by famous artists!  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Spiders Away (Please!)

Hey everyone, I hope that this post finds you all well.  It is starting to get colder here and I am so not happy about that!  I don't like when the temps get below 45 degrees!  But it is what happens this time of year, so I have to accept it!  haha

This week's theme over at Every Inchie Monday is Spider.  Which is perfect since it's Halloween time and spiders are a Halloween staple.  We also have spiders here, A LOT of them; as I showed here.

I am glad that my inchie Spider is way less of a hassle!  Actually, he isn't even here!  LOL

Also this week I finished the bracelet that I spoke of last week.  It was so fun to do.

I am hoping to do more with this stitch.  If you are interested in this stitch just check out this Facebook group. Peyote with a twist-not crochet.

That's it for me this week.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I always enjoy hearing your comments.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great artwork over there.  Have a blessed and creative week.

Two Weeks In the Forest.

Hey guys welcome back to the nest.  I missed last week, sorry about that.  I got my inchie done but just didn't have the time to post.

So let's get to it.  I have a few pieces to show off and one thing I am super excited about.   Over at Every Inchie Monday the theme last week was bear.  So my original design looked like a honey pot dripping with honey, but when I went to bead it it just looked like a couple of brown and yellow blobs.  So I decided to run to something comforting for me; and my family.  Chicago sports teams.

Last year around this time the Cubs were going for the "W" in the World Series.  Which they did!  Go Cubbies!  This year, not so much!  My brother, whom we lost just before the "W" loved the Cubs.  So I decided to mix the Cubs logo and the Chicago Bears colors together and made my inchie.

This one was hard for me to do.  I thought about my Brother the whole time.  Also another reason that I had issues posting.

This week's theme over at EIM the theme is squirrel.  I knew I could not make a squirrel so I went to their favorite things. Acorns.

Now, I am so excited about this.  I was reading on one of the beading Facebook groups and saw this awesome bead crochet necklace, the poster was talking about it being peyote stitch and NOT bead crochet.  I immediately looked for the group, Peyote With A Twist - Not Crochet, joined and got to beading.

After a false start (or two) I got into a groove and got about 2.5 inches done.  Check this out.

I know it may not look like much to many of you, but I have struggled with bead crochet in the past.  I just could not get the tension right.  But this here is a stitch that I understand.  I love peyote stitch and this makes me soo happy to work on.  Once I get this down pat then I am going to try a patterned piece!  Wish me luck.

That is it for me this week.  I am going to rest my arm, do some chores and then get back to the necklace!  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great artwork over there.  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Oh Deer!

Hey everyone, I hope that the weekend treated everyone well.  I had a good weekend.  I got a lot of housework done and got my inchie done on time. ON TIME!  How cool is that?  LOL

This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Deer.  I thought about the deer emblem that I always see on trucks and that brought me to this design.  Hope you like it.  I used 3 colors of Delicas and did another play on the negative space.

I meant to show off some pen covers I made for my Sister and Sister in Law, I just forgot to post them last week.  Both of the patterns are from Carolyn DeGroff from the Facebook group Seedbeaders. This one is a dream catcher pattern for my sister.

This one is a snowman pattern for my Sister in Law who loves Snowmen.

Aren't they both cute?  I think so, and both of them loved their pens.  Lastly this week I just have to show you something that is just great for the month of October.  My neighbors came over and brought something that they found in their yard.  My son was so excited that he HAD to hold it.

Yes, that is my son holding the biggest tarantula that I have ever seen in person.  No, we did not keep it!  We did give it to a friend of my son.

Anyways that it is for me this week, don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great artwork that the ladies have done.  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Boas and Chameleon

Hey everyone, 2 weeks again this time.  But for good reason this time.  I spent last weekend with my family.  I drove about 1500 miles in 4 days.  When I got back home I was way too tired to bead or do my blog.  But, I am rested up now!

Last week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme was Boa.  I knew that I would not be able to design a snake in an inch so I decided to do a design of the Boa's skin pattern.

I really love this color combo.  I might have to design a bracelet in this design.  Also this week my son's dog, Delilah brought home a baby for her to love on; literally!

Yea, was a bit creepy to leave for work and see 2 hands and a foot sticking out of the dirt!  She has since brought it in the house and loves it!  I call it her headless baby.  Truthfully, it is adorable to see a 5 month old German Shepard loving on this.  I really hope that the neighbors daughter has not noticed that she is missing a baby LOL.

This week's theme at EIM is Chameleon.  Wow this one was super hard.  I again had to go with the skin pattern.  I used 3 colors again with this one, but I don't think I want to use them again. The silver lined crystal color is hard to work with.  But I do like the finished product, what do you think?

Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great art over there.  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.  Before I leave this week I want to say that my prayers and thoughts are with the people in Las Vegas.  Such a horrible tragedy.  May God bless and keep all those affected by this.

Trout it Out!

Hey everyone, hope this finds you well.  I want to thank everyone for stopping by and leaving comments. You are all AWESOME!

This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Trout.  A fish in an inch is not easy, but after researching trout I realized that there is a Rainbow Trout!  So that was what I did.

I used silver lined Delicas to give it the look of the scales of a rainbow trout.  That is it for me this week as I am getting ready to go on a short vacation with my son and his dog. Have a blessed and creative week my friends and don't forget to fly on over to EIM to check out all the great artwork.

A Starfish On Time...Er...In Time.

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by the nest this week.  I am sending out prayers for all of the people who have been affected by hurricane Irma.  I have family in Florida and I am glad that they are all safe.

This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Starfish.  So to go along with last week's theme of Crab, where I did Mr. Krabs this week I just had to do Patrick Star.  He is so clueless and loveable.

This is what he looks like for those who don't know, and here is my very loose interpretation of him.

I think it sorta looks like him.  But not to much, lol.

That is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great works over there!  Have a blessed and creative week.

2 Weeks is Becoming a Habit!

Hey everyone!  I hope this finds you all well.  First off I want to say that everyone who has been in the path of Harvey is and has been in my prayers.  God bless those who have been affected.

Last week I was not able to post as our internet was being a bratty little child, so I am glad that I was able to post this week.

Starting from last week, the theme over at Every Inchie Monday was Squid.  I thought about doing Squidward from Sponge Bob but I just couldn't get him to fit on an inchie.  So what I did come up with was a silhouette of a squid.  Hope you like it.

Kinda cool that it was right after Seagull so it is setting under the lighthouse!  I love the squiggly lines on my squid!

Now, this weeks theme is Crab, after thinking about doing Squidward for the week before I decided to go with Mr. Krabs.  I like how he turned out.  LOL  If I could have figured out how to put money in his claws I would have!

Also this week I finished a necklace in the Ogalala stitch, this was the first time I ever did the stitch.  I messed it up a few times but you can't tell that so I am ok with it.  The cool thing about this netting typse stitch is that as you progress on the stitch it naturally curls!  I love that its so lacy!  I used green and purple 11/0 seed beads on the necklace.  I also made it long enough that it did not need a clasp.

Thanks to Marissa, my daughter-from-another-Mother, for modeling the necklace for me.

The necklace is long enough that it can be worn as a bracelet as well. Thanks to my daughter for modeling this one.

Thanks for stopping by the nest!  Please continue praying for the Gulf Coast as they are onto the clean up.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and see all the great artwork over there!   Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Solar Eclipsing Seagulls

Hiya everyone!  How are you all doing?  Did any of you go out and see the eclipse?  I did!  Without the glasses it was pretty underwhelming!  But a friend at work had the glasses and we were all standing around looking through them.  Now that was cool!!

For those outside of the US check this out.

Now also this week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Seagull!  When I think of seagulls I should think of the ocean but here in Arkansas I always see the ring billed gull at Walmart and Hobby Lobby.  They are not too picky they just congregate where no cars are and seem to be together cawing at one another.  LOL

But for the inchie I decided to go with an ocean theme.  I designed a lighthouse with 3 seagulls in the background.  Hope you like it.

That is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out all the seagulls.  I bet you wont have to worry about getting pooped on (let's hope)!  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Frogs, Popsicles and Pencil Covers

Hey everyone, I am running a bit late this week.  But that is ok.  This weeks theme over at Every Inchie Monday is Frog.  Which is kinda cool since I see frogs everywhere around here.  I even when to a pet store with my son and we saw a frog for sale and I about fell over.  It was a pretty electric blue frog that was about the size of a nickle and cost $70.00!!!  WHAT!!!!  I mean really WHAT!!!!!

Well, my frog is way cheaper than that one but at the same time one of the most highly paid frogs in the business!  Check out my Kermie!  Kermit the Frog!

Also this last week I had to get my oil changed and I took my beads with me and made a cute little Kawaii-style popsicle.

One of the car salesmen saw me beading and we talked about how his daughter loves beading.  After I got done I gave him m little popsicle to give to his daughter.  I just hope that it inspires her to expand her love of beads!

Also this week I spent some time working on my pencil cover, to match the pen cover I did here.  There is only one thing wrong with my pencil cover, can you see it?

Well, I don't know how I did it but I did the pencil cover backwards!  LOL  I guess I am just that kinda good!  I do like them and I am glad I got them done.

Well that is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great frogs over there.  Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed and creative week.

Beady Alligator Problems!

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping but the nest this week.  I am happy that I had a small amount of time to do some beadwork!  YAY!!!  LOL

First off over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Alligator!  You all know me, I just did not want to make an alligator on my inchie, not to mention that I couldn't make it in an inch!  So I went with something that to me sounded extravagant.  An Alligator bag!  Check it out!

I have to say I really like how this came out. Even though the green beads were a pain in the butt!  I had to cull a lot of them.  Culling means that you go through beads and separate the good beads from the bad ones.  Here is some of the bad ones.

Many of these are uneven on one side of the bead or they are just to skinny to be used!  This may not seem like a lot of beads but this was just what I found while beading just this inchie!  Sadly, a few got sewn into the inchie.  But I wont tell if you don't!

Also, this week I had time to bead a small bead tube.  I was wanting to bead a bunch of them but that did not happen. I also used colors that were near to me instead of getting up and getting pretty colors.  But that is ok, lol.  I was just happy to have a few moments to bead so I was not going to complain!

This picture doesn't really show the tube in all its glory, but this is beading that had been sewn together to make a tube.  I got the pattern for it from Carolyn over at Seedbeaders.  Wish I had a better picture of this one, maybe next week I will have more to show.

That is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great work there.  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Two Week's AGAIN!!!

Hey everybody!  Thanks for stopping by this week.  I tell ya, working 6 days a week reeks havoc on my bead addiction!  But I did work on the inchies of last week and this week.  So let's get down to it!
Last weeks inchie theme was Camel.  I am not a fan of animals that can spit at you or step on you.  But camels are kinda funny ones.  They seem to be hams for the camera, at least on TV they seem that way.

When I was about 9 I rode a camel.  It was pretty interesting.  Not something I would want to do on a daily basis.  LOL  Also this theme was the hardest one for me this year.  I really could not get the pattern right.  I like to go with my first thought on a theme, because usually it is the best one I can come up with.  BUT, this time was not the case.  I wanted to do a camel up close (like he was looking into a camera) and behind him was the pyramids.  But no matter what tweaking I did it just looked like a deformed pile of poop in front of 2 triangles!  Not the best one, for sure!

So I went with something that I thought about but decided against; that is until I hated what I came up with LOL.  I decided to make a take on the Camel Cigarette Logo using just 2 colors. Here it is.

This week's theme over at EIM is Rhino.  This week I took a page from my camel (or the camel took a page from my Rhino!) and made him in silhouette.  This time though I only did the rhino's head.  Check him out.

That is it for me this week(s).  I hope to be able to make it on time next week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the great art work over there and join in the fun with us!  Have a blessed and creative week my friends!

2 Weeks At A Time!

Hey everyone,  I am so happy to have a moment to be able to post!  I have been working a lot lately and when I have not been working I have been sleeping!  When I have been awake I have been too tired to bead.  So this weekend I tried to catch up.  I had about 20 minutes to myself and my beads and I was able to catch up on my inchies.

Last week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme was Fly.  Since making a bug would just not show up like I would have wanted I decided to go with my second thought.  An airport icon!  Let's FLY!  I enjoyed making this one.

This week's theme is Buffalo!  Well, since I just had to be different I decided to think WAAAYYYY outside the box and make a peace pipe that might have been smoked by Chief Buffalo and Benjamin Armstrong.  Too bad this kinda thing wont work nowadays.

The green background makes it a bit hard to see but it is there with smoking wafting up from it.

That is it for me this week, don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the artwork.  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.

Happy Hippos and 4th!

Hey everyone, happy 4th of July for those of us in the US, and happy July 4th to the rest of the world!  LOL.

This week I only have 2 things to show.  This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Hippo.  I love hippos, they are so cute and such a gentle giant.  But don't piss them off! They can charge at you and for sure those 2 big teeth can put a damper on anyone's day!  Anyways here is my hippo.

I really don't like that it looks like he has a rhino horn but I was afraid he would look too much like a grey dog if I did not have that.  What do you think?

Also this week over at Seedbeaders the "bead along with me challenge" is a pen and pencil cover.  I have always wanted to do a pen cover but have never sat down to do it...until now!

This is a G2 pen and it seems to be the only pen that you can do this on, since the pen clip is up enough for the beads to be under the clip without being squished.   This pattern has 5 colors in it.  Teal, brown, orange, silver and white.

The cool thing about this pen is that when the ink is gone you can either take the cover off and put it on another one.  Or, you can just replace the ink cartridge and keep going.  I have a feeling this will not be the last time I make one of these.  My brain is already working on patterns for them!  haha.

Well, that is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and 2x2x2 to check out the challenges and join on in.  Have a blessed, safe and creative week my friends

Lions, Turtles and Volcanos??

Hey everyone, thanks for visiting the chaos here at the nest.  We AGAIN lost internet and they said they would send their "best technician" out to fix the problem once and for all!  Guess what?  HE DID IT!!! (for now!)  So here's hoping that the issue is fixed!

Also this weekend he had SO MANY people at the house.  My son had an early birthday weekend sleepover with all ALL of his friends.  You know how much fun it is to be in a smallish house with 6 teenage boys.  Trust me, not too much fun and no silence to be had!  Not to much time for beading either; but I did get some done.  What else would I do since we had no internet?!?

Well, to start off I get to show you something that I made last week for my Niece's graduation.  Actually, she is my niece by association.  She is my best friends daughter and as such she is my Niece.  I know that she loves turtles so I made her some earrings.

Here they are with the hooks on.

I had to wait until she got them before I could show them off.  I am glad that she got them and loves them!

This week over at Every Inchie Monday the theme is Lion.  A few months back the theme at 2x2x2 was Lion so I had to make this one different than that one.  So since the Lion is the King of the jungle I made a crown filled with jewels.

This inchie has 8 metallic jewel tone colors in it.  A very pretty and expensive looking crown, if it were real!

Also this week over at 2x2x2 the theme is Volcano.  I had visions of this one being clearer looking than it came out but the colors kinda blend together more than I wanted to.  What do you think?

Well, that is it for me this week.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and 2x2x2 to check out the great art and join in the fun.  Have a blessed and creative week my friends.
